Refund policy :
AH Digital is solely based off of digital "goods and/or products/services" we do NOT ship any physical products. AH Digital has a nonrefundable and non exchangeable policy. Our services/products are completely digital after your purchase the product/service is deemed as "used" after purchasing, which is why we have the nonrefundable and non exchangeable in place. We can not give nor resell a project we have completed for you since they are designed completely customized to your small business/brand/or organization.
We would prefer for our customers/clients to contact us within 10 business days after purchasing with proper information to complete projects, if not filled out during checkout with the prompts set up at the time of purchase. If failed to do so, you can pay a $75-$150 restart fee within 60 days of purchase to restart your services! If you fail to do so within the grace period or extended timeframe & continuing to book our services, you agree to forfeit your purchase. Furthermore, some circumstances we will provide 50% of total store credit in exchange if an unexpected emergency has prohibited you to not contact us within the 60 days of purchase stated in this policy. All projects are final after final files have been sent over, no edits will be made after final files have been approved and sent over to client.

Turnaround Timeframe:
Each service has a turnaround timeframe in the product description. If you are needing an expedited project please contact us directly! Please be aware turnaround times can be longer and exceed the estimated timeframe during the holiday season, and discounted sales we provide.. We do NOT like to rush our client's projects! We provide an estimated turnaround time for those who are needing an estimate for deadline purposes. However, as stated above feel free to use our chat feature or email us directly to communicate about any expedited turnarounds.
Payments :
All services/products must be paid in full or paid through select payment installment options. If you are inquiring for a branding package, we do allow our clients to pay a 50% deposit and remaining balance prior to final files being emailed or transferred over to our client. The only alternative payment methods which are offline (apple pay, or cashapp, zelle). If you fail to pay in full for your product/service, your order will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be distributed for whatever balance was already paid prior..
Communication :
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for a response from us, we typically try to respond as quick as possible. Please also refrain from contacting us in multiple ways (DM, Email, Personal Pages, Comments, Etc). We will be sure to follow up with you through email.
